The rules and guidelines for using PeerHire.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PeerHire, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PeerHire is a decentralized and traditional freelancing platform that connects clients with talented professionals. We provide tools for project posting, bidding, secure milestone payments (including Escrow and smart contracts), and project management. We do not guarantee the completion or quality of the services provided by the freelancers, nor do we guarantee payment from the clients beyond the funds secured in Escrow.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party.

4. Payments and Escrow

All transactions between clients and freelancers must be conducted through the PeerHire payment system (Fiat or Cryptocurrency). Funds are held securely in Escrow until project milestones are approved by the client. Attempting to circumvent the PeerHire payment system is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the site or its content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the content, or to attempt to access any content that is not intended for you.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a client and a freelancer regarding a project or payment, PeerHire provides a dispute resolution process. By using our platform, you agree to participate in this process in good faith and abide by the final decision rendered by the PeerHire arbitration team.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
